This page lists the error and information messages used across the Flusss Flow Metrics apps, with a short explanation of what each message means and how you can fix it.

FeatureCFD / LTH / Aging WIP
Message
Error loading data – We couldn't load data from monday.com. Please reload the page.
What it means
The app couldn't read data from monday.com (temporary connection or platform issue).
How to fix it
1) Reload the board page. 2) Check your internet connection and VPN. 3) If the problem persists, try another browser or contact your monday.com admin.
FeatureCFD / LTH / Aging WIP
Message
Unable to display data – Status column settings are incomplete.
What it means
The workflow mapping is not fully configured (for example, no Done/Completed status or missing bands).
How to fix it
Open the app settings and complete the mapping of Status labels to workflow bands (Backlog, In progress, Done). Save your changes and reload the page.

Message
Board context required – Open this app inside a board to view your Cumulative Flow Diagram.
What it means
The CFD board view was opened outside of a specific board, so it has no data source.
How to fix it
Open a specific board in monday.com and add the Flusss CFD app as a board view there.

Message
No data to display – No data points fall within the selected date range or the selected status column has no activity.
What it means
Within the chosen date range there were no item movements across the selected Status column, so the chart is empty.
How to fix it
Try a wider date range, pick a different Status column, or select a board with more recent activity in that column.

Message
Summary Statistics – No summary data
What it means
The summary section couldn't find enough data in the selected range to calculate metrics like throughput and WIP.
How to fix it
Extend the date range or choose a board and Status column with more activity so the app has data to summarize.

Summary Statistics – Error loading summary
What it means
An internal error occurred while calculating the summary metrics, even if the chart may still appear.
How to fix it
1) Reload the page. 2) Try a wider date range. 3) If it keeps happening, capture a screenshot and share it with your admin or support.
