This page lists all error messages shown by the Flusss Kanban Swimlanes widget view, with a short explanation of what each message means and how you can fix it.

Message
This board has no 'Status' column — Add a Status-type column to this board to display it in the Kanban.
What it means
The board does not have any Status-type column, so the app doesn't know how to group items into Kanban columns.
How to fix it
In your monday.com board, add a new Status-type column (the usual 'To do / Doing / Done', etc.). Once it exists, reopen the Kanban app and the board will be displayed.

Message
Select a status column — Open Settings to choose which status column to use for grouping.
What it means
The board has one or more Status columns, but the app still doesn't know which one to use to create the Kanban columns.
How to fix it
Open the Kanban app, go to Settings (the settings button inside the app on the board), and select the Status column you want to use to group your items.

Message
Status column has no labels — Please configure labels for the selected status column.
What it means
You selected a Status column, but that column has no labels defined (no 'To do / In progress / Done', etc.), so the app cannot create Kanban columns.
How to fix it
In your monday.com board, edit the selected Status column and create the labels you want to use (for example: 'To do', 'Doing', 'Done'). Then return to the Kanban app and the columns will be generated automatically from those labels.
